Our flagship projects

At TechnoSœurs, we believe that every woman deserves the opportunity to enter the digital world with confidence and at her own pace. That’s why we have created several practical and accessible educational projects that support participants according to their level, needs and aspirations. Through practical training, expression workshops, mentoring and creative spaces, we empower girls and women to learn, create, express themselves and take
action. Each project has been designed to respond to a real world issue: lack of access, lack of digital literacy, cultural or economic barriers. Each project is also a gateway to independence, a career and self-confidence.

Permis PC – First steps towards digital independence

The PC Licence is an introductory computer programme specially designed for secondary school girls. It enables them to discover the essential basics of using a computer and the Internet in a simple, practical and motivating environment. Through fun and interactive
workshops, participants learn how to use the keyboard and mouse, create and save documents, browse the Internet safely and use basic office tools such as Word and Excel. They also learn how to send an e-mail, search effectively and protect their data online. The aim of this programme is to give young girls confidence and independence from secondary school onwards, so that they can use computers as a tool for learning, communication and creativity. Our ambition is that, by the end of the programme, every secondary school girl will leave with the skills and confidence she needs to thrive in the digital world

DigiGirls – Shine with digital technology, starting in secondary school

DigiGirls is a project aimed at secondary school girls who want to discover the world of
digital technology in a simple, practical and motivating way. The goal? To give them confidence, spark their curiosity and show them that digital technology is for them too. Through practical workshops, participants learn how to use computers, create content, collaborate in teams and express themselves freely. They discover tools such as Word and Canva, the basics of coding, and how to express themselves orally and work in groups. But DigiGirls is much more than just technical learning. It is a supportive space where girls gain confidence, dare to ask questions, support each other and begin to plan for the future. This project is open to all secondary school girls, with no prerequisites. It is particularly aimed at those who do not often have access to a computer or who think that digital technology ‘is not for them’. Our ambition is that when they leave, each participant will say, ‘I’ve learnt, I’ve understood, and I can do it too.

FemmePreneur at Zero Cost – Launch Your Project Without Capital

FemmePreneur à 0 franc (Woman entrepreneur at no cost) is a training and empowerment program for women who want to shape their future through digital independence, regardless of their initial financial situation.

In a hands-on learning environment, participants acquire basic digital skills, deepen their knowledge in a specific field (web design, marketing, or programming), and develop their own business project.

They benefit from agile coaching, business coaching, and integration into a freelance network as well as KulturalT’s placement pool. At the end of the program, the top participants receive awards and material resources to implement their business ideas (laptops, Wi-Fi access, software subscriptions, and cash prizes).

Our ambition: that every participant leaves with a clear project, concrete tools, and the confidence to take action.

Éclaireuses du Savoir – Training to Share Knowledge

Éclaireuses du Savoir (Scouts of Knowledge) is a “train-the-trainer” program aimed at strengthening women’s digital and media skills in education and science. Participants are also trained in agile teaching and learning methods to make their learning environments innovative, participatory, and technology-assisted.

Women learn to practically use:

  • the fundamentals of training,

  • digital tools in teaching and learning platforms,

  • presentation and communication media,

  • social media in the field of education, and

  • the principles of Open Educational Resources (OER).

The program’s goal is to prepare participants to become multipliers who pass on their knowledge and serve as role models in their institutions—especially for young girls and colleagues.

At the end of the program, participants receive:

  • a certificate,

  • access to a network of trainers, educators, and digital resources,

  • the opportunity to become a founding member of the Éclaireuses du Savoir digital community platform.

On this platform, members exchange ideas on didactic, methodological, and pedagogical innovations, share resources, and strengthen the OER mindset (Open Educational Resources).

Our goal: to train knowledge ambassadors capable of inspiring, guiding, and transforming digital learning in their environment.
