TechnoSœurs was born from an obvious yet too often overlooked reality: digital technology is shaping the future, but it still leaves millions of women behind—especially in Africa. According to UNESCO, nearly 250 million children and young people worldwide still lack access to basic education. In Sub-Saharan Africa, women are 30% less likely than men to have access to the Internet.
In a connected world, this digital divide has become a new form of inequality.
In response to this urgency, TechnoSœurs, founded by Béatrice Kaba and her team, was created from a deep conviction: to train, connect, and unlock women’s potential through digital technology.
Our program aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals: ensuring quality education, promoting gender equality, facilitating access to decent work, and fostering inclusive innovation.
